# Asana — International Yoga Journal

> Asana Journal is an international yoga publication established in 1993, publishing
> considered writing on yoga practice, yoga therapy, meditation, Ayurveda, yogic diet
> and healthy living. Its editorial team is led by Chief Editor Dr. Yogananth Andiappan.
> The journal is read by yoga teachers and practitioners in more than 30 countries and
> reaches an audience of over 80,000 newsletter subscribers.

Asana Journal published a monthly print magazine for over two decades and is now a
fully digital publication. Articles are contributed by qualified yoga teachers,
therapists and researchers worldwide and pass editorial review before publication.
