These terms govern Asana Journal contributor accounts and credits, and are read together with our Payment & Submission Terms and Refund Policy.
Accounts
Opening an account is free and lets you read, comment, manage your profile and submit articles for editorial consideration. Every new account receives one free publishing credit, valid for 7 days. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of your profile.
Publishing credits
Articles are published using publishing credits, which all carry a validity period. A credit is only used when an article is published; while an article is in review a credit is reserved, and a declined article returns the credit with its original expiry. Your available, reserved and used credits and their expiry dates are visible in your contributor account.
Adding credits & plans
Additional credits and contributor plans are available inside your contributor account, where current options, fees and validity are shown before you commit. Recurring plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access for the period already paid for. Invited contributors may receive complimentary credits set by our editorial team.
Editorial control
All submissions are reviewed and edited before publication. We may edit, request revisions, or decline any submission. Publication is at our editorial discretion.
