What we collect
Account details (name, email), comments you post, and — for members — audio, notes and drafts you create. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details. We use cookies for essential site function and basic analytics.
How we use it
To run your account, publish and moderate comments, process membership and store payments, and produce AI-assisted drafts you request. Audio/notes are sent to OpenAI only to generate your draft. Media may be served via third-party storage (Amazon S3 / DigitalOcean).
Your choices
You can edit your profile, cancel membership, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
