Contributor credits
Contributor fees pay for editorial review, processing and craft. Because a publishing credit is only used when an article is published, payments for credits are non-refundable once purchased; unused credits remain available until their expiry date and are not refundable when they lapse. Where an article is declined, the reserved credit is returned to your account with its original validity rather than refunded.
Recurring plans
Payments already taken on a recurring plan are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date from your account; you keep your benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
Digital back issues & shop items
Back issues are sold as digital PDF editions delivered by email and through your account. Because they are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable. If a file is faulty or you cannot access your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
