The cilantro or leaf-coriander as it is commonly called in Asia, contains a great amount of antioxidant in its deep green leaves, as well as essential oils, vitamins and minerals, which is excellent for regulating the heart rate. Ingredients
1 small butternut squash, 1 small onion, garlic, fresh turmeric, 1 tbsp olive oil, sea salt, ground pepper and a large bouquet of fresh cilantro.
Directions
In a pan over medium heat, sauté large pieces of butternut squash, onion, garlic and fresh turmeric, salt and pepper. Cover with water and let it boil for 5 to 10’ then reduce the heat to low till the bouillon is ready and the squash soft.
Serve in a bowl and cut cilantro leaves to cover the bouillon, sprinkle with black sesame.
