Which brings us to famed Hollywood model, Caitlin O’Connor, who has created a massive health/lifestyle/fitness modeling brand around her name that everything she does or wears becomes an instant hit.

How were you first introduced to yoga and what were your original thoughts?
I was first introduced to yoga by a life coach when I was in college at UCLA. My original thoughts on yoga were that it was an easy activity and might be boring or slow to show results in mind, body, and spirit. This was a misconception, for sure!
How important is an active, healthy lifestyle to you?
An active, healthy lifestyle is really important to me because
I want to live a very long, happy, spiritually sound life .
What type of yoga is your “secret weapon”?
Power yoga! I do lots of power yoga. I practice and love working with Bryan Kest [owner of Power Yoga Santa Monica, California]. And besides Power Yoga, I have also been trying out hot yoga! Whew, is it a challenge!
Is it hard to find time to do yoga with your busy schedule?
Yes, it’s very difficult to find time to do yoga. My girlfriend Brighton Walmsley, an actress here in Hollywood, is an avid yogi and she inspires me to keep going and practicing regularly!
What has been your greatest challenge when it comes to your practice?
Ever since I was a baby, I have always been a very shallow breather. My parents used to have to hold a finger near my nose to see if I was still breathing. The most challenging part of scivolo gonfiabile my yoga journey has been the Journey of breath, and learning how to breathe properly, listening to the sound of my breath, and staying focused.
